Red Raspberry is #1 Choice For All Conditions.
That’s right! Red Raspberry is the herb of choice for strengthening the uterus and preventing miscarriage. Midwives recommend this herb because it also helps in the delivery. It should be taken right away as soon as you know you are pregnant or you can start earlier if you are trying to conceive. During the last 2 weeks of pregnancy you can add Blue Cohosh to help with the delivery.
Blue Cohosh is a gift from the Native American Indians having used it for an easy labor and “squatting” delivery. Blue Cohosh should not be confused with Black Cohosh which is also used for female complaints but not for an easy delivery.
Red Raspberry is also great for heavy menstrual flow and cramping. Taken daily, you’ll notice a difference in your next month’s period.
Fibroids are usually caused by hormone imbalance and in
addition to the Red Raspberry, Vitex (Chaste Berry) helps with
PMS symptoms. If you’re a tea drinker than you might enjoy
Red Raspberry as a hot or iced beverage.
Problems with infertility or PCOS can also be helped by Red Raspberry. Fertili is a delicious tea for extra support.
For menopause, Dong Quai is the traditional herb of choice for balancing the hormones and allievating hot flashes and vaginal dryness. Some women tolerate Dong Quai and some do not. If Dong Quai doesn’t work for you try Vitex.
These herbs are great for relieving symptoms but do not address the
cause. Most likely, parasites have taken up residence in your body. As always, if you are pregnant, check with your doctor before starting a parasite cleansing program.
If you’re trying to become pregnant it’s best to get rid of the parasites before you conceive. While herbs are generally regarded as safe, extra precaution should always be taken while pregnant. The exception would be Red Raspberry as it’s recommended for use throughout the entire pregnancy.
